Diamond Comic Distributors has released sales numbers for comics released in May.

Nova #4 came in at #57 with a sales estimate of 38,151!

Academy Award nominated actress Glenn Close has signed to portray the leader of the Nova Corps in the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy movie!

Whether she will be portraying Xandar's Queen Adora or the female alien leader seen in Annihilation: Prologue or perhaps someone else is unknown.

Also, Academy Award nominated actor John C. Reilly is rumored to be in the film as Rhomann Dey (Richard Rider's predecessor in the comics).

Dey will reportedly be the liason between SHIELD and the Nova Corps.

Guardians of the Galaxy is being written and directed by James Gunn and is scheduled for release on August 1, 2014!

Marvel has released the variant cover to Nova #5!

The art is a collage of images of Richard Rider, Sam Alexander and both of their supporting casts.

Together, they form a portion of the Nova helmet!

Nova #5 is scheduled to be released on June 19th.
