Nova Corps - (Post Nebula)

After the reformation of Xandar, the Nova Corps expanded its protective range to include the entire Andromeda Galaxy and Earth. Xandar also formed an alliance with the Shi'Ar Empire at this time. How that relationship impacted the Nova Corps is unknown. The Nova Corps were also known as the Xandarian StarCorps during this time.

Queen Adora (in the role of Prime Commandant) had ultimate authority of the Nova Corps until some point before the Annihilation War. She was replaced as Prime Commandant by an unnamed alien female who unsuccessfully led the Corps during the war with Annihilus.

During this period, the uniform standards were relaxed and members of the Nova Corps were allowed a certain amount of creativity in their designs. However, the colors of blue and gold were required. Races of this incarnation included: Terran, D'Bari, Rigellian, Centaurian and surprisingly Skrull.

At some point, the uniform standards were re-established and enforced as witnessed by Richard Rider when he attempted to alter his uniform during his second stint with the New Warriors. Along with this change, the Nova Corps also appears to have been restructured and became an interplanetary law enforcement group which included the guarding of the Crunch Energy Cascade/Klyn Prison Complex at the edge of the galaxy/Negative Zone.

They also developed a number of troop transports which also acted as evacuation vehicles for the general population of Xandar.

The Nova Corps was completely destroyed by Annihilus's attack. Afterwards, the entire Nova Force and the entire knowledge and sentience of the WorldMind was channeled into the last remaining Nova; Richard Rider of Earth.

Below are some of the known Nova Corps members during the Post-Nebula phase:
